Rushali Naik, Director of Operations

Rushali Naik, DPT, DHA joined UCH in 2022 as a Director of Operations. She previously worked at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare as a Manager of Operations. She also served in a leadership position there as a physical therapist.

Naik has a bachelor’s in health sciences, a master’s in physical therapy, and doctorates in physical therapy and healthcare administration. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and lives in Germantown with her husband and daughter.
