With 15 years of dedicated service, Love's professional journey at UCH has been marked by numerous achievements and significant contributions.
Starting in an entry-level HR position, Love quickly progressed through various roles within operations, revenue, and administration. Presently, she serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. Love's leadership during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 earned her the esteemed MLK Luminary Award from the City of Memphis, signifying her exceptional dedication and resilience.
Love's commitment to UCH extends beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, as she continuously seeks opportunities to benefit the city of Memphis. In collaboration with physician and administrative leadership, she spearheaded the implementation of UCH's first Balanced Scorecard in 2020. Through extensive discussions, Love facilitated the development of both short-term and long-term goals, effectively translating them into a comprehensive scorecard. As a result, 2023 will mark the fourth year of successful implementation of this strategic framework.
