Courtney Love, Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Administrative Officer

Courtney Love has served University Clinical Health (UCH) as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness since 2020. She started at UCH in 2007 in Human Resources. Over the course of her tenure with UCH, Love has served in progressive leadership roles with oversight responsibility for corporate and clinical operations. 

As VP of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Administrative Officer, Love oversees ambulatory surgery center operations, organizational effectiveness, project management, marketing, HR, training, facilities, and managed care. Before joining UCH, Love worked at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Love is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in English. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership from University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business. She and her husband, Lee, live in East Memphis with their two sons.
